How to: Grow microgreens at home with our grow kits!

Soak grow medium with water and place on top of the white tray with holes. Place the white tray on top of the green tray.

Spread seeds evenly over grow medium

Cover tray to create a humid environment and store in a dark place for 2-3 days

Once seeds start to sprout, uncover and water in between the water and green tray (about 1/2 cup). Keep your tray indoors on a counter or windowsill.

Water 1x/day, or enough so that the grow medium stays moist but not soaking. Too much water can kill your crop.

The first tow leaves that come out of the sprout are the cotyledons, once the third leaf sprouts in between the cotyledons your tray has reached the micro phase! Harvest as you desire with scissors or a knife to enjoy your home grown organic, microgreens!
